The first time I saw this shirt I psychically gasped - out loud.  Not just because I love the shirt, but I frickin love Bebe Buell.  This pinnacle glam queen originally designed and printed the shirt with her girlfriend in 1979, all for the love of Oscar.

When 2 Babes was still in the works, I reached out to my lovely friend Julia and asked her what t-shirt she loved and always wanted to see re-made..  She showed me this tee that she had bought for her baby girl years ago.  After reimagining it with new colors and natural dyes, we both think it turned out perfect!

After having the original, I never stopped thinking about how perfect Mick looked on that mustard yellow with the hand drawn lettering... I hand-traced the lettering from the original and spent hours working with fiber dye to get the perfect shade of mustard..
